Carriers may experience delays after the estimated arrival date. Unfortunately, CygnusCustom has no control over these delays. The delivery time listed at checkout is only an estimate under normal circumstances. If your package tracking shows "delayed arrival", please contact your selected carrier or contact us for more information.

Returns:

Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receiving your order. The product must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition. Unless it is an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Personalized products are not returnable in principle unless the product is defective due to our mistake.

Please check the spelling repeatedly when placing an order, and please respond to your comments in time when communicating with us about the design drawings.
