Our Cygnuscustom team serves more than 200 countries and regions around the world with strong customization capabilities and complete production capabilities.

Shipping methods and costs
We Cygnuscustom provides standard express delivery by default. When the order exceeds 50 US dollars, you can enjoy free shipping. When the order is less than 50 US dollars, a standard shipping fee of 9.9 US dollars will be charged.
For some countries and regions, we can provide faster DHL express service. The cost will be calculated based on the country and the weight of the goods.
We do not charge customers any VAT, GST or customs/import fees. Although this is rare, please note that you are responsible for paying these fees.
Order processing time
Inventory products will be delivered to the logistics provider within 3 days. Customized products will be completed and delivered to the logistics provider within 2-5 working days. Please note that there are too many people on special holidays such as Valentine's Day, Women's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Children's Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc., and the expected processing time may be longer. It is recommended that you place an order some time in advance.

North America: 5-10 days in the United States, 10-15 days in Canada
Europe: 5-8 days in the United Kingdom, 5-10 days in France, 5-12 days in Germany, 7-15 days in other countries
Asia: 3-9 days in Japan, 7-14 days in other countries

North America: about 4 days in the United States, Canada, Mexico
Europe: 7-8 days
Asia: about 3 days
Other countries: 5-10 days
Please note that the above time is only for reference. International transportation will go through many processes, such as the customs process time is uncontrollable, and the transportation time may be delayed when encountering factors such as bad weather.
If it exceeds your expected arrival date, please contact us and we can communicate with the logistics carrier in time.
Tracking method
When the order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email reminder so that you can track your package according to the prompts in the email.
Address error
Please make sure you provide the correct address at checkout, because we are not responsible if your order is sent to the wrong address.
Package receipt
