The delivery time listed at checkout is only an estimate under normal circumstances. Returns:

Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receiving your order. The product must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition. Unless it is an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Personalized products are not returnable in principle unless the product is defective due to our mistake.
