Returns:

Non-personalized items can be returned or exchanged within 20 days of receiving your order. The product must be in new, unwashed, and unused condition. Unless it is an error on our part, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Personalized products are not returnable in principle unless the product is defective due to our mistake.

For customized products, after you place an order, our designers will send you the design draft for confirmation. At this stage, you can make suggestions and we will make changes and optimizations according to your requirements.
